SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

 

1.     SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of Users across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

·      Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the Reseller for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The Reseller  and courier services process the orders, which take an additional 2 to 3 standard days.

·      Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for products to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. The shipping usually takes about 4-5 standard days. After processing and leaving the warehouse, products usually take around 5 business days to arrive at their long destination but can take longer from time to time. For products to be delivered locally, it may be delivered on the same day or the next day.

·      The Platform will ship the order through their courier partners, and hence their timelines shall apply.

·      The Platform will deliver the order at address provided by the User. However, shipping cost of products will be mention at the portal , User shall have to bear the shipping cost.

·      Package delivery timing - 9:00 am – 7:00 pm

·      Delivery days - all days

·      The delivery agent will contact the User on call, email or SMS before arrival.

·      The Platform provides Cash on Delivery however, it is at the discretion of the Company and further, the platform mentions the feature of Cash on Delivery on the description page.

·      On behalf of the Seller, a nominal fee may be charged on all cash on delivery (“COD”) orders. The COD charge can be viewed at the time of placing the order and in all order related emails.

·      This (“COD”) charge shall not be refunded by the Platform if an item is returned or if the cancellation request is raised after the order is shipped.

·      The Platform and the Company shall not be responsible for any delay in the delivery of the Products. Further, the Platform and the Company shall not be liable for any damage to the Product in transit due to mishandling by the logistics partner.

·      The Platform shall display an estimated delivery time on the order summary page.

·      The Users shall receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time upon placing the order.

·      The Platform may take longer to deliver the Products due to inter alia: bad weather flight delays, political disruptions or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event any delay in delivery of a Product is expected, the Platform may, at its sole discretion, intimate the User who may have purchased the same, regarding such delay.

·      The Platform shall not be held responsible and will bear no liability in case of failure or delay of delivering the Products including any damage or loss caused to the Products. Where there is a likelihood of delay in delivery of the Products, the User may be notified of the same from time to time. However, no refunds may be claimed by the User for any delay in delivery of the Products, which was caused due to reasons beyond the control of the Platform and the Company.

·      If a User purchases multiple Products in one transaction, the Seller(s) may deliver the same together. However, this may not always be possible and shall be subject to availability of stock with the relevant Sellers.

·      If a User wishes to get delivery to different addresses, then the User shall be required to purchase the Products under separate transactions and provide separate delivery addresses for each transaction, as may be required. The User agrees that the delivery can be made to the person who is present at the shipping address provided by the User.

·      Neither the Platform nor the Company shall be liable to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery.
