1. This Application (“Application”) is created and operated by M/s Zigpy Private Limited (hereinafter “Company,” “We,” “Us,” “Our”), operating under the brand name “ZIGPY” (“Brand Name”).
2. References to “You,” “Your,” or “User” mean any natural or legal individual who uses the Application and is competent to enter into legally binding contracts under Indian law.

3. Me & Zigpy: Looks for Me & Zigpy, you will see account deletion link under this section.
4. Delete Account: Locate and click on the “Delete Account” or similarly labeled option.
5. Confirmation: Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your decision. You may be asked to verify your identity or provide a reason for deletion, which helps us improve our services.

3. Impact of Account Deletion

Once you confirm the deletion of your account:

1. Permanent Removal of Personal Data: All personally identifiable information (e.g., name, email, address) will be permanently removed from our systems.
2. Loss of Order History and Saved Items: Any order history, saved items, wish lists, or preferences associated with your account will be deleted.
3. Membership Benefits, Loyalty Points, or Rewards: You will lose access to all membership or loyalty benefits, including reward points, coupons, and promotions linked to your account.
4. Active Orders: Any active or pending orders under your account will be canceled. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
5. No Future Access: You will no longer have access to any features or services that require an active Zigpy account.

4. Data Retention Exceptions

Notwithstanding your request for account deletion, we may retain certain data for legitimate legal, regulatory, or security reasons, including but not limited to:

1. Transactional and Accounting Data: We may keep records of financial or transactional information as required for auditing or legal compliance.
2. Dispute Resolution: If there are any open disputes or legal proceedings, we may retain relevant information until such matters are resolved.
3. Legal Obligations: We may retain data necessary to comply with any applicable laws, court orders, or government regulations.

All retained data remains subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable legal safeguards.

5. Account Deletion Timeline

1. Processing Period: It may take up to 10 days for your account and associated data to be permanently removed from our active systems after you initiate a deletion request.
